Terms of Service

EvangelIT is a faith-based outreach platform that helps individual believers and church administrators conduct ministry outreach, pastoral check-ins, and discipleship through multi-channel messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, email).

You must be at least 13 years old to use EvangelIT. By registering you represent that the information you provide is true and accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

SMS and WhatsApp messaging is optional and separate from these Terms. Agreeing to these Terms does not opt you in to SMS — SMS consent is a distinct, optional choice you make (or decline) via the unchecked-by-default checkbox at signup, and it is never a condition of creating an account. If you opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the consent box during signup:

• Message frequency varies; content includes ministry outreach, pastoral check-ins, devotional content, and care messages
• Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe immediately. Other opt-out keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE
• Reply HELP for support
• EvangelIT does not charge for SMS; carrier costs are between you and your mobile provider
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

You agree NOT to use EvangelIT to:

• Send messages to people without their consent or a pre-existing relationship
• Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or phishing content
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person
• Violate any applicable law including the TCPA (United States), CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR (Europe), or similar laws in your jurisdiction
• Send content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service outside of our published APIs
• Send messages of a political, financial, gambling, or healthcare-trial nature

When you add a contact to your account, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained the contact's consent to receive messages, OR
• You have a pre-existing personal, ministry, or pastoral relationship that reasonably permits the communication
• You will respect a contact's wishes if they ask you to stop contacting them
• You will not add contacts purchased from third-party lists, scraped from public sources, or otherwise obtained without consent

You are solely responsible for the legality of your outreach. EvangelIT provides the tool; you bring the consent.

EvangelIT is built around Pentecostal Christian doctrine. By signing up, you affirm the foundational tenets presented during registration. Content generated by the platform reflects these doctrinal commitments.

EvangelIT offers free and paid plans. Free plans have feature and capacity limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The EvangelIT name, logo, platform, and content are owned by Gooverio Labs LLC. You retain ownership of content you create (messages you write, contacts you add). By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use rules. We may also terminate accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be free of errors. You use the platform at your own discretion and risk.

EvangelIT is not a substitute for professional pastoral counselling, mental health care, or medical advice. If you or someone you know is in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gooverio Labs LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of EvangelIT. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EvangelIT and Gooverio Labs LLC against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
